Take the Madera Blvd. exit
in Corte Madera,
and then turn right at the stop sign you will come to after 1
block, onto Tamal Vista Blvd.
21 Tamal Vista will be on your
right after about half a block. (Look for the collection of mailboxes:
U.S. mail, FedEx etc.) If you pass the Cinema, you've gone too far.

From The South On Northbound 101 (From Mill Valley, Sausalito, San
Francisco and The Peninsula)
Take the Paradise Drive/Tamalpais
Drive exit, (Corte Madera) and turn Left at the end of the off-ramp.
Turn Right at the third light onto
Madera Blvd, which is immediately after the “76” gas station.
After driving about 2 blocks on
Madera Blvd you will come to a stop sign. Continue straight through this
intersection. You are now on Tamal Vista Blvd.
21 will be on your

From The Ross Valley & West (From Kentfield, Ross, San
Anselmo, Fairfax and West Marin)
Take Sir Francis Drake Blvd to
Southbound 101.
Stay in the right lane on 101
and after less than a mile take the Madera Blvd. exit, (the 2nd
exit from where you get on the freeway.)
Turn right at the stop sign you

Directions
From The East Bay over The Richmond Bridge
Take 580 West to the Richmond
Bridge and Marin. Take the Sir Francis Drake Blvd. exit as soon
as you’ve crossed the bridge. (There is only one direction possible
here.)
When the road widens after a few
miles, stay in the left lane and make a left turn onto 101 South.
Stay in the right lane on 101
and after less than a mile take the Madera Blvd. exit, (the 2nd
exit from where you get on the freeway.)

Parking
And Waiting Room Instructions
If parking happens to be scarce in front of the
building, you can also park behind or along the right side of
the building. (There's an entrance to the lobby in the rear as well.)
Entering the lobby from the front of the building
(courtyard side) take a Right, turn the corner to the Right, and
you'll find Suite 158 several doors down the hallway on the Left.
(Restrooms are just off the lobby to the opposite
side.)
If my door is closed when you arrive, have a seat
in the waiting room across the hall in Suite 160, but please flip the
door hanger on my door over, to let me know you’re there when I open
up.
(No eating, drinking - other than water - or talking
on the phone while in the waiting room, please.)
